Race Complete!
Well I survived my first multi-sport race yesterday. It was awesome! I completed the race in 1 hour 47 mins. Guess thats my PR for that biathlon. I ran the 5 miles in 47 min 32secs, which I was hoping for under 50mins. The bike took a little longer then expected, 1 hour for 16 miles. I can see I really need improvement there. Anyways I will post a full race report tomorrow.

Like I said yesterday, well done!!!! Looking forward to your full report - I just posted mine today. I'm still waiting for them to post the official results, though - it's taking forever....
