Great job on the 5K. Looking forward to next season also... now its time to start adding the mileage!
Awesome job on the PR! It looks like you did like that course.
It seems like it is never too early to start thinking about next season, espcially as quickly as some races fill up.
Nice Job! I didn't realize you lived in Wakefield... That was a great race (St. Francis). Did you have some oftheir apple bake after the race? That stuff is great! By the way. Do you know about the Narragansett Running Association? They are a great goup of people who run in Wakefield every Thursday at 6pm. That is the club my wife runs with.
